We apologize that your item didn't work out.
All disputes, claims, returns, and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final unless there is a quality concern/issue from our third party printing company. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Five Spires brand, Co. for any approved return.

Although most sales are final all approved returned orders are issued online store credit applicable to anything in the Five Spires Brand store. We do not offer any monetary refunds for online orders.
Refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for credit.
-We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available.
-The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding carrier claims.
